2009 Annual Report to Archuleta County
On March 8, 2010, citing their authority provided by Colorado Revised Statutes 32-1-207(3)(c), the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) requested an annual report be made to them from PAWSD by April 30, 2010. In addition, they "demanded" (their word) responses to 25 additional matters.

After 158 hours of staff time and 52 hours of attorney time amounting to collectively over $20,000, PAWSD alerted the County that the report would be provided to them prior to the April 30, 2010 deadline and a public presentation could be made at that time, as requested by the BOCC.

The 2009 Annual report, following the State Auditor's Office sample format, was provided to the BOCC on April 27, 2010. PAWSD is waiting to be notified by the BOCC as to the date, time and place of the public presentation of this report.
